Giglio Partners with Scott’s Pointe Adventure Park for Blood Drive

Assemblywoman Jodi Giglio (R,C-Riverhead) has partnered with newly opened local theme park Scott’s Pointe to run a blood drive event in service of the community. With blood reserves continually understocked and in desperate need of replenishment, Giglio and Scott’s Pointe are hoping that their event, taking place on Sunday, February 4, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., will help refill blood bank stock.

“Scott’s Pointe is gracious enough to once again partner with me in service of the community, and I couldn’t be prouder for their help and generosity,” Giglio said. “Those looking to give back and support our local blood stores won’t be disappointed, as each donor will receive a 20% off coupon to Scott’s Pointe Adventure Park, so we encourage everyone to give generously!”

The blood drive will be held on-site at Scott’s Pointe, 5835 Middle Country Rd., Calverton, on Sunday, February 4, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., and those looking for further information are encouraged to call Jennifer at 516-310-2382. The 20% off coupon is usable for one ticket at Scott’s Pointe, and it must be used the same day as your individual blood donation.
