"The EI-Hub system has faced significant reliability issues, preventing children with disabilities across New York from receiving essential support they need. Although it was created to streamline access to services, its implementation has led to widespread difficulties. We need to fix this as soon as possible so more children don’t go without the help they so desperately need. The Health Department needs to investigate this system to ensure that it works efficiently and reliably.”
