Blankenbush Criticizes Inaction On Bail Reform
A statement from Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush (R,C,I-Black River)
February 12, 2020
The Senate Majority and the Assembly Majority has continued to ignore the lives lost by the implementation of bail reform. The lack of action displayed by members across the aisle at the public protection hearing was just appalling. The ten-plus hours spent on such a pointless meeting wouldve been better used working on repealing this dangerous legislation. The time for lollygagging is over; action needs to be taken now.
