Lalor To Host 3rd Annual Salute To WWII Vets/D-Day Commemoration

Assemblyman Kieran Michael Lalor (R,C,I - East Fishkill) is hosting his 3rd annual Salute to WWII veterans and D-Day Commemoration. The keynote speaker will be NYPD Detective Mark Woods, Jr.. Detective Mark Woods, Jr. is a graduate of The Citadel Military College. He spent six years on active duty in the U.S. Army as an Infantry officer with tours of duty in Germany, Macedonia and Iraq. Mark joined the NYPD in 2000 and is currently assigned to the FBI/NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force, where he investigates Islamic extremist threats against New York City and surrounding communities. Mark is married to Jeanne Woods, a Sergeant in the New York City Police Department, and has two wonderful children, Raymond, 15, and Margaret, 5.
