Dr. Darrin Porcher
Dr. Darrin Porcher received his BA in Organizational Management from St. Joseph’s College, an MPA from Marist College and his Doctorate Degree from Fordham University. Porcher is a retired officer from the US Army Reserve and also served a lieutenant in the NYPD for twenty years. During the 2001 terrorist attacks on Manhattan, he supervised rescue and recovery of World Trade Center victims. Currently, Dr. Porcher is a professor at Pace University and teaches criminal justice courses. He also is a criminal justice consultant and is a media commentator with frequent appearances on Fox News Channel, CNN and MSNBC. Guest Speaker
Chief Warrant Officer 3 Judith Perez
Chief Warrant Officer 3 Judith Perez entered the U.S. Army as a Private E-1 in 1998. After completion of basic training in Missouri and Virginia, she was sent to serve her first tour in Seoul, Korea for 8th PERSCOM. In 1999, she was assigned to the 75th ENG BN out of Ft. Bragg, NC. In 2010, she was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment. Perez deployed to Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Afghanistan. Perez left the Army in 2006 with an honorable discharge and joined the Army Reserves in 2007. In 2010, she was commissioned as a CWO3 and is currently a CWO3. As a civilian, Chief Perez works at a manufacturing company in Blauvelt, NY as a logistics specialist. To register a WWII veteran or for more information, please contact my district office at
