Assemblyman Matt Simpson (R,C-Adirondack) celebrated the remarkable contributions of women in the 114th Assembly District at his third annual Women of Distinction ceremony Thursday morning at the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George. The event recognized women nominated by community members for their outstanding impact, with each honoree receiving an official Assembly Proclamation.

“This is a great day for us every year,” said Simpson. “It’s an honor to recognize these extraordinary women who strengthen our communities through their compassion, leadership and unique traits. Their work inspires us all, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to celebrate their achievements and share their stories.”
