“This morning it was announced that Gov. Hochul added 12,000 COVID-19 based deaths to the state’s total, moving the number from 43,400 to 55,400. This is a solid first step toward transparency for the new administration and acknowledges those who were tragically lost.

“This is yet another example of why Andrew Cuomo needs to be held accountable. Resignation was certainly an important step, but the former, disgraced governor needs to answer for a multitude of scandals and we can now add this 12,000-person unlawful cover-up to the list.”
