New York State Assemblyman Michael Durso (R-Massapequa Park) recently joined his colleagues and community members at the West Babylon Fire Department’s annual Essay and Poster Contest in observance of Fire Prevention Week.

“It was great to see the community come down to the West Babylon Fire Department to learn about fire prevention and safety,” said Assemblyman Michael Durso. “Fire fighters demonstrated fire safety equipment and life-saving rescue techniques in case of fire. The Suffolk County Sheriff’s office was also on hand to provide free Child ID cards. Thank you to all first responders for keeping our communities safe.”
