Dear Editor: Every one of us can look back and remember that one teacher who inspired us, challenged us and helped define who we are today. Every day in our communities, teachers and educators are looking ahead, finding new ways to develop minds and a passion for learning with students from daycare to secondary school, our colleges and universities and continuing adult educators. As we mark National Teacher Appreciation Week, on behalf of all the constituents in the 144th Assembly District, I just want to offer a huge thank you to all of our teachers for their dedication, determination and hard work.
