Assemblyman Ramos hosted a Small Business Seminar with special guest, Chair of the Assembly Ways and Means Committee, Assemblyman Herman D. Farrell, Jr. The event highlighted resources available to small business owners in New York State like the Excelsior Linked Deposit Program, which provides low-interest bank financing to small businesses. Rounding out the discussion, Assemblymen Ramos and Farrell talked about the package of legislation designed to bring much needed assistance to small business.
