Community Honors Assemblywoman Helene Weinstein
Assemblywoman Helene Weinstein accepts an award at Community Board 17's 2nd
Annual Block Association Recognition Ceremony. The award read, "In Appreciation
For Your Outstanding Contribution to Your Community." Pictures with the

At COJO of Flatbush's Annual Legislative Breakfast, Assemblywoman Helene Weinstein
received the Lena Cymbrowitz Distinguished Legislator Award, in recognition of the
Assemblywoman's "...years of outstanding and dynamic leadership, for her
commitment to serving her diverse constituents with dignity and sensitivity beyond the
call of duty, in the 41st Assembly District." In presenting the award, community
Leader, Chaskel Bennett described many of the Assemblywoman's accomplishments.

Assemblywoman Helene Weinstein receives a wall painting as she is honored by the
Kings Bay YM-YWHA for her commitment to center and the plethora of services they
offer. Most recently the Assemblywoman secured funding for much needed renovations
to the Y locker rooms as well as repairs to the roof of their building.
Assemblywoman Helene Weinstein accepts an award from the Public Employee Federation (PEF)
honoring her "dedication and professional services" to their membership and cause.
