In 2004, I was able to secure funding to establish a state of the art computer lab, known as the ATTAIN project, at the New York City Housing Authority Berry Houses Annex. The re-opening of the ATTAIN lab at the Berry Houses Community Center will benefit the community by offering free instruction and certifications.

In conjunction with the State University of New York, the ATTAIN lab will provide Staten Islanders access to the Internet and multi-media software.

Using state-of-the-art technology, the ATTAIN lab will offer over 32 occupational, academic, and self-development courses to individuals with the ability to:
