If you’re enrolled in the Medicare Part D drug program and fall into the program’s coverage gap this year, you will AUTOMATICALLY receive a $250 Medicare rebate check to help cover your prescription drug costs – here’s what you need to know:

You DO NOT need to fill out any forms.

This check will be sent DIRECTLY to your residence.
