I am saddened to learn of the passing of former Assemblyman Vincent Graber. I had the privilege of serving with Vinny for many years, and he was a dedicated and hardworking public servant who was focused on his community. As chairman of the Assembly's Transportation Committee, he championed landmark legislation including the infant car seat law and mandating seat belt use, both of which have saved countless lives. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
