The Legislature concurs with the Executive recommendation.


Article VII

The Legislature concurs with the Executive recommendation authorizing the 
transfer of $2,500,000 in Petroleum Overcharge Recoveries (POCR) to the 
Power Authority of the State of New York to fund energy efficiency 
programs as established by the Legislature.
