LEGISLATIVE ACTION

Capital Projects

The Legislature provides capital projects funding for the following programs:
--   $1,200,000 for site acquisition, design and construction of the Elk Street 
parking facility in the City of Albany. 
--   $300,000 for services and expenses related to the initial planning studies 
for the parking requirements associated with the development of the Harriman 
State Office Campus in Albany, Schenectady and Troy.
--   $200,000 for services and expenses related to the design and construction 
of the Tree of Life EMS Memorial at the Empire State Plaza or in Capitol Park in 
the City of Albany.


Legislative Additions

The Legislature provides funding for the following:

   TREE OF LIFE EMS MEMORIAL.   $200,000
