LEGISLATIVE ACTION
The Legislature increases funding by $275,000 over the Executive
budget submission.
Legislative Changes
The Legislature adds $100,000 in Capital Projects funding for costs
associated with the design and construction of a New York State World
War II Monument at the Empire State Plaza.
Article VII
The Legislature declined to negotiate the Executive`s proposed
amendments to the State Procurement Stewardship Act during budget
deliberations, but agrees to begin negotiating these amendments after
the budget is enacted.

WORLD WAR II MONUMENT - EMPIRE STATE PLAZA. $100,000
