LEGISLATIVE ACTION
The Legislature increases General Fund Aid to Localities
appropriations by $1,000,000 to fund a new Small Owners Assistance
Program.
Article VII
The Legislature authorizes an increase in the Service Contract
Obligation Revenue (SCOR) bond cap by $125,000,000 to fully finance
the housing capital program approved by the Legislature.
