March 1, 2012
Assemblyman Al Graf (R,C-Holbrook) recently announced that he is partnering with the New York State Department of Labor to host a series of job fairs. The fairs will be held on Friday, March 16 at the Sachem Public Library, 150 Holbrook Road, Holbrook, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and on Friday, April 13 at the Middle Country Library, 101 Eastwood Boulevard, Centereach, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
“While Long Island has made steady progress toward reducing its unemployment rate, opportunities for job seekers cannot come soon enough,” said Graf. “These events will provide those looking for new employment with the opportunity to meet employers who are ready, willing and able to hire, which will improve our economy and ensure that our children have a future they can look forward to here on Long Island.”
