Assemblyman Al Graf (R,C–Holbrook) recently attended the ribbon cutting of Bridgehampton National Bank’s (BNB) airport branch, the local company’s 21st location. Founded in 1910, BNB employs 250 people in Suffolk County and was recently named a top 10 community bank in the country by American Banker magazine. Specializing in assistance for local businesses, BNB displays the focus on local job creation that Long Island needs, Graf noted.
“Bridgehampton National Bank is a leading advocate for Long Island’s job creators, working one-on-one with local businesses and local lenders to make sure our entrepreneurs have the resources they need to succeed,” said Graf. “State government has taken significant steps over the last two years toward creating a more business-friendly environment in New York, but job creation is truly driven by the private sector. That’s why the jobs that Bridgehampton supplies and the ones they help other businesses create are so critical to Long Island’s economy.”
