Reilich Says Snowmobile Trail Grants Made Available For Monroe County
December 6, 2004
Assemblyman Bill Reilich (R,C,I-Greece) noted today that Gov. George Pataki has committed more than $30,750 in state grant money for snowmobile trail development and law enforcement in Monroe County.
"This is great news for snowmobile enthusiasts throughout Monroe County," Reilich said. "This grant will serve to provide better trails and improve snowmobile safety throughout the 134th Assembly District."
According to Reilich, the grant program is funded by snowmobile trail fees collected by the state Department of Motor Vehicles when snowmobiles are registered.
