This week Assemblyman Bill Reilich (R,C,I-Greece) was appointed to head the Steering Committee for the Assembly Minority Conference.
“It is an honor to be appointed as Chairman of the Assembly Minority Steering Committee,” said Reilich. “I look forward to traveling throughout the state and promoting our conference proposals. Initially, we will be focusing our attention on reducing burdensome taxes, reforming the dysfunction in Albany and improving the economic climate throughout New York State.”
“I appointed Assemblyman Reilich to head this important committee because I am confident in his abilities to promote the Assembly Minority objectives aimed at lowering taxes, reducing state regulations and creating good paying jobs,” said Assembly Leader James N. Tedisco.
The Assembly Minority Steering Committee’s first forum is currently scheduled to be held in late January.
