Constitutional Amendment Will Expand Gaming in New York

“Today, the Assembly passed a constitutional amendment that would allow up to seven full, non-tribal casinos to operate in New York State. While I support this legislation, we need to make sure we honor compacts with the Seneca Nation of Indians. Ultimately, the decision will be up to the people of New York to decide whether or not to expand casino gaming.”
