Assembly Member Brook-Krasny Partners with District Attorney’s Office
January 25, 2008
Assembly Member Alec Brook-Krasny (D-Coney Island, Dyker Heights) is pleased to announce the partnership of his office with the Kings County District Attorney’s office to create a satellite DA’s office in Brighton Beach.
“It’s been an honor and privilege to work with the District Attorney’s office to help ensure that all people will be eligible to receive free legal advice from a member of the District Attorney’s office,” Assemblyman Brook-Krasny said. “In addition, the office will be staffed by an attorney capable of speaking Russian, this will allow the Russian community to be further assisted, and their specific issues addressed.”
The satellite office will be located at 2900 West 8th Street, Brooklyn. A press conference will be held on Friday January 25th at 10:00 a.m. at the West 8th location to officially introduce the community to its newest asset.
