Assemblyman Santabarbara Announces FREE Naloxone Training Session in Princetown, NY

Free session to be offered as part of a continuing effort to combat opioid epidemic in NYS

Assemblyman Santabarbara has announced a free naloxone training session scheduled for this Wednesday, May 9th, 7pm with the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. This training session will teach participants how to recognize, respond to, and reverse an opioid overdose using Naloxone.

WHEN: Wednesday, May 9th at 7pm

“Families across New York State and the entire nation have been torn apart by addiction and a heroin epidemic that has rapidly escalated,” said Assemblyman Santabarbara. “To see families lose loved ones to addiction is heartbreaking. This session can give people the necessary knowledge and training that can help save lives.”
