  • Creating a veterans' clearinghouse to identify benefit-eligible veterans so none fall through the cracks (A.6430);

  • Extending benefits of minority and women-owned businesses to veteran-owned businesses (A.6142);

  • Providing free access to all state parks and recreation facilities for veterans (A.5678);

  • Increasing the rate of annuities payable to blind wartime veterans or their surviving spouses (A2866); and

  • Expanding the availability of state contracts to all veteran-owned businesses within New York State (A.2755).

Assemblyman Miller is continually searching for new ways to honor and help our veterans who have given so much to us. He will be touring the district in the coming weeks and months to meet with local veterans groups to discuss what needs he can work to fill while in Albany.

If you have suggestions on what more we can do legislatively to help our veterans, please let us know: *
