Assemblyman Charles Lavine was invited to speak at the American Legion Quentin Roosevelt Post No. 4 ceremony, commemorating the 69th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
Assemblyman Lavine and other officials addressed a large crowd at the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park in Oyster Bay, which included representatives from other American Legion Posts and VFW Posts in the area.
