DNA Penal Misdemeanor Collections

Assemblywoman Crystal D. Peoples-Stokes wants to know if you are in favor of the Governor’s proposal to have mandatory DNA collections for misdemeanor convictions. The Governor’s proposal would include gathering DNA for Penal misdemeanors such as: driving while intoxicated, aggravated animal cruelty, graffiti, and writing a bad check.
