Chair, Correction Committee
Dear Neighbor,
Welcome to my New York State Assembly web site.
Please use this site to access information about my work in the district and in Albany. Here, you can find the legislation I sponsor, the committees I sit on and contact information to reach me. You can also find the electronic versions of my Community Newsletters and other important updates.
My community office is located at 245 W. 104th Street, just off Broadway. My staff and I are available to assist you. I encourage you to call, write, or visit us, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. For those with specific housing problems to discuss, I have a dedicated housing specialist on staff and host monthly legal clinics for tenants.
Please don’t hesitate to call my community office at (212) 866-3970.
I hope you find this site informative and useful. Thank you for visiting.

Assembly Member O’Donnell explains the two new pieces of legislation he wrote to help protect New York City’s schoolchildren. The first, A6058, would mandate Community Education Council input in the sale of public school buildings in New York City and ensure compliance with the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure. The second, A6059, would require parental consent before the release of personally identifiable student information to third parties.
