Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo, joined by her husband Scott Peters, is sworn into office by Broome County Family Court Judge Rita Connerton at Binghamton's Grand Royale Hotel. Assemblywoman Lupardo is the first woman to represent Broome County in the State Assembly.
