Pheffer Amato to Host MetroCard Pop-Up Table in Ozone Park

Ozone Park, Queens On Thursday, January 10th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato (D-South Queens) will host an MTA MetroCard Pop-Up Table in Ozone Park at the Nativity Church Hall (101-41 91st Street). Residents can utilize the MetroCard Pop-Up Table to purchase standard, senior or other reduced-fare cards locally, without having to visit a train station.

“Mass transit is a part of many individuals’ daily lives,” said Pheffer Amato, “There are not nearly enough transit options around us in South Queens, but we are constantly working to improve on that. The Pop-Up Table is a great way for folks to purchase a MetroCard without having to go to a train station or climb a long flight of stairs. Thanks to the MTA for coming out and making it more convenient for all of us to buy a MetroCard. I look forward to seeing everyone on January 10th at Nativity Church Hall!”
