Legislative Changes                                                            
                                                                               
The Legislature concurs with the Executive`s recommended funding level         
to support the operations of the Energy Research and Development               
Authority.

The Legislature concurs with the Executive recommendation authorizing          
the transfer of $1,500,000 in Petroleum Overcharge Recoveries (POCR)           
to the Power Authority of the State of New York to fund energy                 
efficiency programs as established by the Legislature.
