"Job items…we heard earlier testimony about not only that they've been vacated so long but…they get eliminated after a while. Is that what you have seen?" asked Assemblyman Billy Jones, questioning a group testifying on behalf of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), at the public hearing held by Assembly Committees on Health and Corrections to examine health care issues in state and local correctional facilities.
