Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner’s 2024 Women of Distinction Awards
Women of Distinction Nomination
Every March, during Women’s History Month, we carry on the tradition of honoring women who dedicate themselves to making the world a better place. For many years, women have been at the forefront of fighting for social, environmental, and cultural change. These women broke down generational barriers and deserve recognition for their work. As your Assemblywoman, I have secured measures that move New York forward in the fight for women’s equality, but our fight continues. I will never stop working for a better and more equitable future for our children and women throughout the state.
This year, I’m once again hosting my Women of Distinction Awards. Please consider nominating a woman whose efforts have inspired you and left an impact on your life or the lives of others. Nominees must reside in the 113th Assembly District, which includes parts of Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties (view map).
