Our ability to realize our zero-emission targets and transition to electrification hinges on effectively balancing supply and demand. A comprehensive, state-wide transmission plan, inclusive of highway corridors, freight corridors, and school bus garages, is essential for understanding our capacity needs, responsibly plan for growth in transmission and storage infrastructure, and will help address concerns regarding land use.”
