Assemblyman Chris Tague (R,C,I,Ref-Schoharie) happily attended the opening of the new Candlewood Court Apartment Complex in Richmondville on Friday, May 3. Candlewood Court is a new high quality apartment complex that was funded in part by the Small Project Affordable Rental Construction Program (SPARC) under the auspices of the NYS Homes and Community Renewal Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) and the Governors Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR). The complex is a high-quality series of apartments that are now open to residents.
I am incredibly pleased to see a great complex like Candlewood Court opening up, Tague said. We have such a need of high-quality residences like these. By working together we can keep improving our homes and our towns and bring much needed modern homes and apartments like these. Its a testament to our great spirit and willingness to improve and I am always ready to help bring more places like Candlewood into our area.
