“New York needs to get emergency rental relief funds into the hands of those who are owed rent. Our small-to-medium-sized rental property owners have been doing all they can to stay afloat. The state has been slow to release these funds and another extended eviction moratorium does not help the matter. We had hoped for a better process, but Albany is still of the same, with secretive deals hashed out between just three people in a room.”
