Assemblyman Doug Smith attended the New York State Assembly’s Annual West Point Day recognizing cadets from across the state.

“It is an honor to recognize the brave cadets from across New York State at West Point today during West Point Day in the State Assembly. These young cadets represent the best of our nation and also represent the 9/11 generation that has only known war in their lives. They have joined the U.S. Army knowing that their service could be needed at a moment's notice. We thank them for their service and thank Brigadier General Jebb for addressing the Assembly on the vital work at West Point,” said Assemblyman Smith.
