Assemblyman Smith recently welcomed back his predecessor former Assemblyman and present District Court Judge Alfred C. Graf back to the Assembly Chambers.

Assemblyman Smith said, "I was so proud to introduce my friend, mentor, and predecessor, Judge Al Graf to the floor of the New York State Assembly. Al has certainly left a lasting mark in Albany and the people of our community and the state of New York are the better for it. I will continue to build on the progress he has made and fight for our district with the same vigor and resolve.”
