“The Assembly Minority Conference unveiled our “Budget Blueprint for a Better NY,” prioritizing common-sense policies to better support the taxpayers of New York. My main priorities will be keeping the middle-class tax cuts on track, providing a living wage to direct-care providers who help New York’s most vulnerable, increasing funding for the CHIPS program to fix our crumbling state roads and infrastructure and improving the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) to provide student loan relief. New Yorkers deserve a better and more affordable New York and that is exactly what I and my fellow legislators will be fighting for in this year’s budget”
