“Today is a historic day no matter what side of the aisle you are on, and the peaceful transition of power is key to our democracy. These past few weeks have been both chaotic and confusing for many Americans. This has been a critical time in our nation’s history and during times like this we must overcome our differences, whether that be political, philosophical or something else for the betterment of our country. We must unite around our elected leaders in order to better serve our constituents in the best way possible. As it is important for us to come together as Americans and support the president. I will continue to support peaceful participation in our Democracy and urge all Americans do the same, as only then will democracy prevail.”
