“Today I joined my colleagues to call for the repeal of two of Gov. Cuomo’s Executive Orders, one which forces restaurants to close at 11 p.m. and another which requires customers to purchase food with any order of an alcoholic beverage. Small businesses such as restaurants and bars have struggled for too long, it is past time to remove these suffocating curfews and restrictions. The governor has lifted such restrictions on pool halls, casinos, gyms and bowling alleys, the same should be done for restaurants and bars.”
