Mikulin Supports New Traffic Safety Memorial Law
Assemblyman John Mikulin (R,C-Bethpage) supports Assembly Bill A.3938, also known as the ‘Alexander John Smullen Traffic Safety Memorial Law.’ This bill would establish a traffic safety memorial sign program to publicly memorialize the victims of fatal vehicle collisions and also help raise awareness about the serious consequences of impaired, reckless or distracted driving.
“The ‘Alexander John Smullen Traffic Safety Memorial Law’ will help keep every New Yorker safe on the road. This bipartisan law is a common-sense way to help raise awareness about the consequences of dangerous driving. I am proud to support this proposal and help promote it alongside my colleagues on both sides of the aisle.”
