Mikulin: Safeguarding Home Health Care Services for Elderly and Disabled New Yorkers Must Be A Top Priority
March 26, 2025
Assemblyman John Mikulin (R,C-Bethpage) supports the Assembly and Senate Minority Conferences’ call for a delay in the implementation of changes to the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) from April 1st to July 1st.
“Elderly and disabled New York residents deserve better,” said Mikulin. “To ensure there is no lapse in home-based care services for those in need, we must delay the deadline for full implementation of the new changes to CDPAP.”
