Assemblyman Phil Palmesano (R,C-Corning) recently attended the New York State Police 50^th Annual Superintendent’s Commendation Awards Ceremony. This ceremony honors members of the New York State Police who are recognized for their outstanding service to both law enforcement and the people of New York.

“It was an incredible honor to attend this award ceremony. Our New York State Troopers are heroes, plain and simple. They risk their lives every day to keep us safe. I specifically want to congratulate Sergeant Nicholas J. Trentanelli of Corning for receiving the National Top Trooper Recognition and Senior Investigator Brian M. Kozemko of Catlin and Investigator John ‘Andy’ Jones from Horseheads for receiving the Superintendent’s Commendation Award. Thank you so very much for your dedicated service to the residents of New York State," said Palmesano.
