Stay Informed About the Coronavirus

As our region experiences a resurgence of COVID-19 cases, staying informed will be critical to our health and safety. My office has compiled resources available to our constituents as we work together to navigate this difficult time. I extend my heartfelt appreciation for all essential workers who are working tirelessly to ensure our communities' needs are met.

Food Security Resources

If your household has children who are eligible for free or reduced meals through school, you may be eligible for Pandemic-EBT benefits during the 2020-21 school year. We anticipate these benefits will not be available until January 2021, at the earliest. Check here (https://otda.ny.gov/SNAP-COVID-19/) for further updates.

Foodlink
Monroe County and Foodlink have partnered to distribute Emergency Food Supply Boxes. All Monroe County distribution sites require pre-registration through their site, or 2-1-1. In order to receive a box, you must arrive in a car for drive-thru distribution. Note that there are no income or residency requirements to be eligible for this resource. Refer to here for the latest distribution schedule.
