New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C-Canandaigua) (second from right) is pictured with Irondequoit Town Supervisor Adam J. Bello (center) and members of the Irondequoit Senior Baseball League at a flag-raising event. The event took place at McAvoy Park on Monday, July 13 at 12:30 p.m.
George Herren, of Canandaigua and a member of the league, contacted Leader Kolb to inform him that the park's flag was in disarray and to ask for the Leader's help in replacing it with a new flag. Leader Kolb provided a flag for the park and participated in the flag-raising ceremony.
