TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the real property law, in relation to requiring land- lords to include voter registration update forms in lease signature packages   PURPOSE: This bill aims to facilitate voter registration and ensure all eligible tenants have easy access to voter registration forms at the time of leasing a property.   SUMMARY OF SPECIFIC PROVISIONS: Section 1.
