        Introduced  by  Sen.  CANZONERI-FITZPATRICK  --  read  twice and ordered
          printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee  on  Trans-
          portation
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to expanding
          the residential parking permit system within the area known as  Elmont
          in the town of Hempstead

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subparagraph (l) of paragraph (iii)  of  subdivision  2  of
     2  section  1662-e  of the vehicle and traffic law, as added by chapter 237
     3  of the laws of 2022, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (l) Sussex Road [north of 109th Avenue];
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
