        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  environmental  conservation law, in relation to
          prohibiting the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the course of hunt-
          ing
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Section  11-0103 of the environmental conservation law is
     2  amended by adding a new subdivision 33 to read as follows:
     3    33. "Unmanned aerial vehicle" means  any  aircraft  that  is  operated
     4  without  the  possibility of direct human intervention from within or on
     5  the aircraft.
     6    § 2. Section 11-0901 of the environmental conservation law is  amended
     7  by adding a new subdivision 2-a to read as follows:
     8    2-a. No person shall hunt or take wildlife with the aid of an unmanned
     9  aerial vehicle.
    10    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
